My first, and maybe most important, observation is that John made the whole coaching process enjoyable. From week to week I looked forward to discussing the work I had done and getting his feedback. It was a fun journey, which helped keep it energized for me throughout. John’s enthusiasm was always at a high level, and it was always evident that he was prepared each week to help me move the process along. The method that John used to establish starting benchmarks (values) and goals, and the process of developing those values and goals was consistent and very productive. John’s personal experience, training and expertise enabled him to keep me on track and remind me of the changes that I stated that I was pursuing . . .
